Terms and Policy

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: [01/01/2025]

Welcome to NeuroPharmacy. These terms and conditions apply to your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us

NeuroPharmacy is a private dispensary service specialising in the dispensing of ADHD medications for private and right-to-choose patients. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and operate in compliance with UK pharmacy regulations.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to patients aged 18 and over who hold a valid UK-issued private or right-to-choose prescription. All prescriptions must be issued by a registered prescriber.

3. Our Services

We dispense prescription medication based on valid prescriptions submitted by patients or clinics. Controlled drug prescriptions must be original, physically signed, and posted to our dispensary using our prepaid form.

4. Prescription Requirements

We cannot legally supply any medication without a valid prescription.

Controlled drugs require the original paper prescription, and we will not dispatch medication until this is received and verified.

5. Payment Terms

After verifying the prescription, we will issue a secure payment link. Medications will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. Pricing is transparent and available on request.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch medications the same day the prescription is received and payment is confirmed. We use trusted courier services for secure and discreet delivery. We are not liable for delivery delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes).

7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its operation. All content is the property of NeuroPharmacy and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

. Clinical decisions are the responsibility of the prescriber. We are not liable for misuse of medications or delays caused by incomplete or invalid prescriptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
